Welcome to Pahalgam Hotel and Restaurant Owners Association (PHROA).
PHROA is the only registered Hotel and Restaurant Owners Association of Pahalgam valley. The organization includes all leading and prestigious Hotels in and around Pahalgam. The fundamental aim of this association is to establish unity among the Hotel and Restaurant owners and to bring the small, medium, large Restaurants and Hotels under one umbrella so as to support and advocate on behalf of the hospitality industry.

PHROA believes in development of hospitality industry along with the changing time to overcome the challenging scenario of the trade through innovations and improvisation in the hospitality industry.

Pahalgam Hotel and Restaurant Owners Association (PHROA) works in tandem with the Department of Tourism, J&K Government to ensure promotion of travel and tourism for Jammu and Kashmir at national as well as at international level through seminars, road shows, digital as well as print media, sports events, trade fares and much more.

Pahalgam Hotel & Restaurant Owners Association (PHROA) has been working in tandem with the Department of Tourism, J&K Government, having participated in mega events across the country in the past, aimed at boosting tourism footfall in Pahalgam.
We admire the flawless efforts of Hon’ble Lt. Governor Manoj Sinah who envisioned colossal potential of tourism, Pahalgam in particular and J&K UT in general. He also invited Film Industry to capture the beauty of the valley in their films and IT Industries to set up industries in the valley particularly in Pahalgam.
I am also thankful to Jenab Sarmad Hafiz, Secretary Tourism for his unparalleled support extended to PHROA.
I extend my warm gratitude to Dr. G.N. Itoo, Director Tourism Kashmir for his active and professional co-operation rendered to PHROA.
Both Secretary Tourism and Director Tourism - Kashmir deserve cordial thanks for having devised various tourism-specific policies and programmers aimed at giving a thrust to tourism in Pahalgam from time to time.
I am thankful to other senior officers in the Department of Tourism who always stand to our needs in the endeavor to promote tourism inflow in Pahalgam.
